About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Produce Clerk to join our team at 1827486 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our supermarket team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Count, weigh, and sort incoming stock, and maintain accurate computerized stock inventory.
  • Stocking and Display: Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Direct customers to the location of articles sought, and provide assistance with electronic transactions and cash register operations.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep stock clean and in order, and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
