About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand existing customer relationships
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, sales calls, and marketing efforts
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
Requirements:
* 5+ years of sales and account management experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
* Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding customer relationships
* Strong understanding of business development principles and practices, including sales strategies, marketing tactics, and customer relationship management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
