Aspire Bakeries is a leading North American baking company that specializes in frozen baked goods. With a strong presence in the market, we are committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a skilled Mixing Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipe specifications.
  • Accurately measure ingredients to meet recipe standards.
  • Responsible for timely preparation or staging of ingredients for recipes.
  • Inspect quality of ingredients prior to mixing.
  • Maintain work area cleanliness and follow safety and quality procedures.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12 education or equivalent with basic math skills.
  • English literacy at an elementary level.
  • GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house).
  • Able to work all shifts as assigned with flexibility.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues and department staff.
