The Mixing Operator role is a key position in our production process. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to our recipe specifications. This involves accurate measurement, quality inspection, and timely preparation of ingredients for recipes. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate measurement and recording of ingredients
  • Quality inspection of ingredients prior to mixing
  • Timely preparation of ingredients for recipes
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized work area
  • Adherence to safety and quality procedures
  • Effective communication with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent
  • Basic math skills and English literacy
  • GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
