Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Services Attendant to join our team at Wild Wing. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Carry and replace linens, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere for our customers.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Load buspans and trays with food and supplies, ensuring efficient service and minimizing waste.
  • Place dishes in storage areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Package take-out food, providing a convenient and enjoyable experience for our customers.
  • Portion and wrap foods, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take customers' orders, accurately and efficiently processing transactions.
  • Handle and store cleaning products, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our customers.
Requirements
  • Fast-paced environment and ability to work in a team.
  • Repetitive tasks and ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to move efficiently around the restaurant.
