C3 Client Satisfaction is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Investigator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Investigator, you will be responsible for evaluating customer service and store environments to ensure a high level of quality and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Mystery Shopping Visits: Visit retail stores and evaluate the customer service experience, including interactions with sales staff and the overall store environment.
- Produce Detailed Reports: Compile and submit detailed reports on your findings, including observations, recommendations, and any areas for improvement.
- Evaluate Store Environments: Assess the overall store environment, including cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance.
- Communicate with Clients: Communicate your findings and recommendations to clients, providing actionable insights to improve their customer experience.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1-6 Months of Experience: 1-6 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of attention to detail is required to accurately evaluate customer service and store environments.
- Casual Work Arrangement: This is a casual work arrangement, with flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a part-time basis.
