Job Title: Welder

DB Diesel & Mobile Service Ltd is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to join metal parts together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient welding.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Determine the weldability of materials and select the appropriate welding process.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Personal Suitability:
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
