Job Title: Welder

Best Look Roofing & Construction Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including flame-cutting equipment.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment.
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
Requirements:
  • Experience in welding and metal fabrication is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a well-lit and ventilated area.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces.
