Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Teamrecruiter.com. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill various positions. You will work closely with our Account Managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including referrals, networking, and online platforms.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage internal and external databases to track candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify best practices and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a cross-section of disciplines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and MS Office products.
