Our business model offers flexible, consistent, and creative solutions to our clients' critical recruitment needs. We operate on a two-tiered system of Account Managers and Recruitment Specialists. Currently, we are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance staffing productivity and recruiting quality.
- Attract high-quality candidates by sourcing individuals with diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and experiences through referrals, networking, targeted recruiting, internet mining, and other means.
- Manage internal and external relationships, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations to meet required service levels.
- Balance recruiter workload to effectively meet hiring volume needs.
- Administer administrative tracking, including payroll and contractor tracking duties, to ensure the smooth operation of Teamrecruiter.com.
- Proven ability to manage the recruitment workflow, including in-depth needs identification, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, salary negotiations, and offers.
- May be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and/or developing new business relationships.
Requirements
- College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience required, preferably with experience in a cross-section of disciplines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking individual.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Efficient time management skills, with the ability to balance numerous requirements and meet strict deadlines.
- Customer Relationship Management experience.
- Strong computer skills, including experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and MS Office products.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered a strong asset.
