Operations Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our retail store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, managing staff, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Coordinate payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position.
- Fluency in English is required.
- 37.5 to 44 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
