Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Best Western Terrace Inn and Terrace Inn Liquor Store. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office staff, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Office Management: Assist in the planning and coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
