We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Newport Williams.
Overview
- This role will oversee the full cycle of HR operations, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in collaboration with management.
- Manage job postings, candidate pre-screening, and coordinate interviews to ensure efficient hiring processes.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Design and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure data integrity.
Employee Engagement and Development:
- Cultivate a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and development needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR role, with expertise in recruitment and talent management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 – $105,000 based on industry standards and location.
