We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Newport Williams.

Overview

  • This role will oversee the full cycle of HR operations, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Talent Management:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in collaboration with management.
  • Manage job postings, candidate pre-screening, and coordinate interviews to ensure efficient hiring processes.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Design and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure data integrity.

Employee Engagement and Development:

  • Cultivate a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and development needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an HR role, with expertise in recruitment and talent management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 – $105,000 based on industry standards and location.
