Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Demarya Financial Corporation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure efficient completion of administrative duties.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security.
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
  • Perform data entry and oversee office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
