Kitchen Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at TIM HORTONS 100206. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports, and manage budgets for kitchen operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
