Kitchen Team Lead

At TIM HORTONS 100206, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff: Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that our kitchen meets all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets, and ensure that costs are controlled and minimized.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
