We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at TIM HORTONS 100206. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to meet quality control standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and performance.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 3-4 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
