Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Assist with the management of daily store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and cash handling.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist with generating and driving corporate sales, maintaining store merchandising presentation to company standards, and developing and utilizing full knowledge of all products and sales information.
- Employee Management: Supervise store employees to maximize customer service, sales, and profit, assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of Retail Sales Associates, and conduct performance reviews.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with daily paperwork and accounting, payroll, and other store administration tasks.
- Education: Post-secondary education is required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role with 2-5 years of retail experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, and strong computer proficiency in MS Office.
- Personal Qualities: A history of providing exceptional customer service, a talent for sales and selling, and a passion for chocolate.
