Retail Store Manager

Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role in retail management? We are seeking a Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at HIGHEND CONVENIENCE STORE.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the store and our customers.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration.
- Order merchandise, establish work schedules, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Manage cash, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Reliable, organized, and a team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
