Assistant Store Manager

Shift pattern (if applicable): Must be fully flexible to work Monday to Sunday. 50 per hour between those times.
Are you looking for a challenging role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Do you have excellent customer service skills and a passion for leading a team? We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Admiral Slots in Edmonton.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the venue meets its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will also be acting Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager and communicating with our Area Management team to ensure the venue meets our high standards.
We welcome candidates who speak multiple languages, particularly Polish, Romanian, or Arabic. If you have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience and preferably a year in a supervisor or management role, we would love to hear from you.
