Payroll Specialist

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements
* Maintain payroll records, including employee attendance, leave, and overtime
* Prepare T4 statements and other statements
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in payroll administration
* Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
