About the Role

Xtreme Security Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare trial balance of books and provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
