Stock Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Supervisor to join our team at SVP Sports. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Coordination: Collaborate with the buying team to ensure timely receipt of merchandise, and coordinate visual merchandising displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
