Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Supervisor to join our team at SVP Sports. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our inventory management system, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and our customers have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including collection areas and inventory storage.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods.
