Stockroom Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Supervisor to join our team at SVP Sports. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stockroom, ensuring that our merchandise is accurately inventoried, and that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the retail store team to ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and that the store is well-maintained.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, including tracking stock levels and monitoring for any signs of theft or damage.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory management role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
