We are seeking an experienced Administrator, IT Contracts and Finance to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing all data related to IT assets, negotiating contracts, and participating in the development of the IT budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate and process various IT purchases (software and hardware).
  • Complete purchase requests and follow up on equipment deliveries.
  • Participate in developing the IT budget and ensure monthly follow-up.
  • Negotiate renewals of subscriptions, maintenance, and rentals related to IT.
  • Participate in the process of acquiring new products and services.
  • Maintain the list of contracts, renewal schedule, and IT software and hardware inventory.
  • Develop and maintain processes for accounting functions and generate reports.
  • Allocate capital expenditures and operating expenditures according to usage.
  • Participate in IT project planning and follow up on deadlines and expenses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in a similar position.
  • Three to five years of experience as a contract manager.
  • Five years of experience in management accounting, auditing, cost accounting, and reverse invoicing.
  • Excellent budgeting, inventory, and cost management skills.
  • Good technical experience in contract regulations and laws.
  • General knowledge of accounting, finance, inventory, and logistics.
  • Good technical knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Good knowledge in developing and monitoring a budget.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from different disciplines.
  • Very good skills in negotiating with suppliers.
  • Ability to adapt easily and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to produce reports on budget costs and material inventories.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency in the Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and information management systems (ERP) is an asset.
