At beBee Professionals, we are looking for a skilled and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kingston. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and promotions to provide accurate information and make recommendations.
  • Process transactions and handle cash register operations efficiently and accurately.
  • Organize and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
