We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TOOTH CORNER DENTAL OFFICE.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and daily operations. They will also be responsible for managing contracts, scheduling appointments, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and daily operations
  • Manage contracts and scheduling appointments
  • Oversee payroll administration and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Provide customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
