About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales results, and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
  • Execute the Customer Service Strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, promoting the company's credit and loyalty programs.
  • Assist in the execution of seasonal changeovers, maintenance, and restocking of departments.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of the annual inventory count, if required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, maneuver the sales floor, and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
