About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist to contribute to our sales efforts and recruit top talent for financial and technical consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, enabling them to identify, attract, and onboard individuals who will drive our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract top talent for sales and technical roles
- Collaborate with the Sales team to drive sales efforts
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Source and engage with potential candidates

Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to identify key traits in successful sales personnel
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with candidates and sales team colleagues
- Well-honed direct sourcing skills
- Proven track record of delivering results in terms of identifying and attracting top talent
