About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Engagement Specialist to drive our company's growth. This dynamic role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who excels in recruiting top talent and contributing to our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, attract, and onboard individuals who will drive our company's growth.
• Work closely with the Sales team to recruit top talent and contribute to our sales efforts.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our company's growth goals.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong background in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with both candidates and sales team colleagues.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and ability to identify key traits in successful sales personnel.
• Well-honed direct sourcing (headhunting) skills and a track record of delivering results in terms of identifying and attracting top talent.
• Strong collaborator and strategic thinker with the ability to bring new perspectives and ideas to the table.

We are well known for having revolutionized the world of Scientific Research & Experimental Development with our AI-enabled technology platform. We are headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We are currently 100% remote, but will be moving to an in-office environment soon. Preference is given to candidates within (or not too far from) the GTA.
