At Front Line Health Care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide support and care to adults with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses in a supportive residential and shelter environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily supervision and support to residents in a residential and shelter setting
  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including household chores and general maintenance
  • Ensure residents are following prescribed medication routines and document as required
  • Complete daily logs, incident reports, and other legal documents
  • Comply with all policies and procedures established by the agency and Ministry
  • Additional responsibilities may include driving agency vehicles, attending appointments with clients, and completing household chores
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Social Services or related field
  • Valid DSW Certificate
  • Vulnerable Sector Police Background Check
  • CPR First Aid Certification
  • UMAB or CPI Certification
  • Up-to-date immunizations, including TB
  • Valid Food Safety Certification
