Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Head to lead our Softgoods team at Stockyards. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and coaching and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve departmental sales targets, identify opportunities to increase sales, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your team to achieve exceptional results, including providing feedback, coaching, and training to improve performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce waste.
  • Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and attractive store environment, including creating displays, arranging merchandise, and maintaining store appearance.
Requirements
  • Business Acumen: Proven business acumen, including experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
