As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Department Team Members to achieve sales initiatives, merchandising goals, and overall financial and operational performance of the department.

Responsibilities:

* Provide strong day-to-day leadership and guidance to Department Team Members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective merchandising and inventory management strategies to drive sales and improve profitability.
* Ensure the department is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all health and food safety standards are met.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Team Members, customers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve department performance and customer experience.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
* Strong knowledge of merchandising, inventory management, and customer service principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
