Food Service Associate

Blends & Bites Inc. is seeking a reliable and friendly Food Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
- Restock supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain a well-organized kitchen and dining area.
- Assist with receiving and storing food and supply deliveries, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and other areas relevant to the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks as needed.
