Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Northland Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules and Procedures: Develop and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform Supervisory Duties: Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on motel operations, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Co-ordinate and Review Work: Oversee the co-ordination and review of work tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Maintain Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for repairs as needed to maintain business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition Materials and Supplies: Source and procure materials and supplies as required to maintain motel operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, and a team player.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
