Motel Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Northland Motel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and submit reports on motel performance and operations
- Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Free parking available
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent position
