Restaurant Manager

Bourbon St Grill is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
- Food Quality: Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our quality control standards, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Staff Development: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our inventory levels are always adequate.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that our customers receive excellent service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet our high standards. You will be required to maintain a high level of physical fitness and be able to work in a team environment.
