About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Dixie Animal Hospital. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination with our team.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, type and proofread correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
