Property Manager

About the Role:
As a Property Manager at Broadstreet Properties Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential communities. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing a safe and welcoming living environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily on-site operations, including rent collections, leasing applications, and tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to achieve vacancy goals.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling and inspections.
- Recommend physical repairs and replacements, and create work orders as needed.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to operational improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a management role, preferably in property management.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
- Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP experience.
