Job Title: Flooring Specialist

At Floor Concepts Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team. As a Flooring Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various types of flooring, including resilient floor coverings and hardwood floors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
* Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
* Prepare flooring plans and scheduling
* Install resilient floor coverings and hardwood floors
* Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
* Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
* Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces

Work Environment:

* Physically demanding work environment
* Bending, crouching, kneeling required
* Hand-eye coordination necessary

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
