Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Koch Flooring Inc.
Job Summary:The Flooring Specialist will be responsible for installing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered, as well as preparing and installing hardwood floors. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
- Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
- Install carpeting on floors and walls
- Prepare and install hardwood floors
- Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
- Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the flooring industry
- Ability to work in a dusty environment
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Hand-eye coordination
The Flooring Specialist will work in an industrial and residential setting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
