Job Title: Flooring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Specialist to join our team at Lion Flooring Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Flooring Specialist will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and repairing various types of floor coverings, including hardwood, carpet, and tile. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered
  • Measure, cut, and fasten underlay and underpadding
  • Install carpeting, hardwood, and tile flooring
  • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in flooring installation
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and color recognition
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights
Working Conditions:

The Flooring Specialist will work in a variety of settings, including commercial and residential locations. The work environment will be dusty, and the candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
