At Trochu Gas & Snacks, we are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for planning menus and estimating food requirements for their realization. You will also prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas. Additionally, you will manage kitchen operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Order supplies and equipment
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas
* Manage kitchen operations

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
* Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
