Key Responsibilities
  • Consultative Sales: Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales, managing a portfolio of high-spending advertisers to grow revenue and enhance product savviness.
  • Client Research and Analysis: Research and understand clients' verticals/industries, identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Client Engagement: Offer personalized client recommendations, improve experiences through optimal product adoption, and proactively engage with clients via phone and email.
  • Advertising Strategy Optimization: Help clients optimize their advertising strategies, increase investments, and maintain their campaigns longer by providing actionable insights and solutions.
  • Quarterly Targets: Exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calls, develop expertise in social media advertising, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering solutions that address their advertising goals and enhancing their confidence in the platform.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
  • Work Experience: At least 4 years of work experience, including prior inside sales and quota-based sales experience.
  • Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, strong communication skills, knowledge of digital marketing, and experience working with North American customers.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and quick to adapt. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
