- Quarterly Targets: Exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calls, develop expertise in social media advertising, and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering solutions that address their advertising goals and enhancing their confidence in the platform.
- Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
- Work Experience: At least 4 years of work experience, including prior inside sales and quota-based sales experience.
- Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, strong communication skills, knowledge of digital marketing, and experience working with North American customers.
- Personal Qualities: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, flexible, and quick to adapt. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
