Job Title: Physiotherapist

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Four Corners. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including patients with various conditions and injuries. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology, ensuring you have the resources you need to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
  • Continuously evaluate patient progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
  • Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  • Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
