About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.
Key Responsibilities- Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
- Working collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals at your clinic.
- Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicating effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Graduate in Physiotherapy from a duly recognized university.
- Registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Solid experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Preferably 1-3+ years of rehabilitation clinical experience.
- New Graduates with licenses or PT Residents are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to hit the ground running and start work with minimum supervision.
