We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and clinical reasoning.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient progress and ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Utilize electronic charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional service standards.
- Participate in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development opportunities.
- Graduate degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Experience in treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Preferably 1-3+ years of rehabilitation clinical experience.
- New graduates with licenses or PT residents are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
