Operations Director

Burger King is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our policies and programs are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Organized and team player
- MS Office and MS PowerPoint skills
- Work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Recognized employer

- 35 hours per week
