Operations Director

Burger King is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
- Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to support business growth.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff to drive business success.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS PowerPoint.
